I have to agree Molgera's flapping mouth was kinda weird and how a black hole would appear under you sometimes which scared me but im going to have to go with Gohma

I actually cheated on him, i got stuck so i started doing side quests and got the iron boots so when he trys to blow you into the spikes you can just whip on the iron boots and you aren't going anywhere

I'd have to say the first boss after he sheds his outer layer.
