I don't think it's one of the best RPGs for the SNES or even one of the best FF games, but it's still a good game that people seem to underrate. I enjoyed it.

My favorite part was the whole floatin old dude.
its sorta lame that you can only get to lvl 36 tho.
I found out cure hurt him on accident, meant to have Hero use it on Phoebe.

I was into RPG games all the time, and I have played the FFs, but this game has something with it that makes me want to play it over and over. It will always be a fun and classic game.

My brother actually sat in that first forest until he had $1mil to see if it would change the storyline...it didn't...he was around lvl 32 by the end of it and didnt even have the first girly.

My God, how long did it take for him to do that? Leveling up I can see, but earning a million GP, at the BEGINNING of the game? Most enemies barely net you 20 GP, so I don't really believe that part...

I know this thread stopped a yar ago and probably no one will read this but that game freaking rocks. I got a copy when i was 6 and i got rid of it. I regret that. It's been more than 5 years that I've played hte game so I don't remember how difficult (or easy) the final battle was but I do remember I did not use cure. I beat him the normal way. I took me more than a week. If you have a copy and are looking for a challenge and have not beat the final boss without cure i suggesst trying it. If you can defeat him that way your a true final fantasy bad ass. If anyone reads this can you tell me the rest of the story after you beat the boss cause i frogot how it went. Plus i would like to know who you fight the final battle with. I think it's kelly but I'm not sure.
