I just started playing my game again and i was able to beat the boss in the third palace and i have been to the place where the raft is suppose to be but i can't find it. Do i have to get all the spells and containers before it will apear or what?

You must have just missed it. Go back to the palace and search thoroughly. The Raft is guarded by a Blue Ironknuckle.

No, i went back again and now i have all of the spell, containers, and other items. Do you need to cast a spell in the room, beat a certain gie in the place, or what? I don't see it on the purple blocks or behind them. Is it possible this is a glitch in my game?

First of all, are you sure you're in the right palace? Palace 3 is a red colored palace.

Ya the grave yard palace with the blue knight on his horse as the boss.

No problem. By the way, how did you get to Eastern Hyrule without the raft, as you said you've gotten all spells, heart containers and magic containers.
