There's a hallway that has a lot of blocks on the ground. Break through the area that has only one layer and you should find a spot of the floor that you can fall through.

I assumed you were referring to Great Palace (the final dungeon) due to the topic title. I'm not sure about which area you're talking about and haven't played the game in a very long time, so you should probably check out one of the guides in the FAQs/Guides section.
