I have found a new secret area in Rio.

Grind the telephone wires all the way around from start to finish.
One of the buildings to the left of the start will fall down revealing a huge halfpipe.

I remember trying to get points in Rio's tournament. I tried grinding the telephone wires, and I remember going around more than one time. Nothing happened.

The closest thing is knocking down the pieces of wood holding up the small structure in the park. The remains of it gives you one or two small ramps, but almost everyone knows about that.

i remember grinding just about everything in this level and i dont remember any buildings falling and any huge halfpipes appearing from anywhere

There is a secret area in Rio but it is to the left of where you start behind a broken fence. In that secret area is where you get the new deck for that place.
