Super Smash Bros. Melee Forum Rules Edits: AE - Removed Rule 14. Please read through these rules before posting! 1. Boasting - No one likes to see it. Don't brag about how good you are at the game. 2. Flaming - The act of insulting something or someone. This include insulting other gaming systems. This will not be tolerated. 3. Advertizing - Don't advertise other websites in your posts. If you wish to advertise, use your signature. 4. Memberating - You are not the moderator. Do not act as a moderator or try to perform his/her's duties. This also includes requesting closure and ordering people around. 5. Keep to the topic - Don't post off topic posts. Keep your posts related to Super Smash bros. Melee 6. Read the Official Neoseeker Forum Rules - Please read them and follow them when posting. 7. Use the Index Thread - That's what its there for. Use it before posting a new thread to make sure it doesn't already exist;) 8. "Dodging" Bans - If you're banned, you're banned. Do not create another account or post as a guest. 9. Use the spell check - Before posting, please check you're spelling and grammar so that it's easier to read.  10. Do not abuse the special features - Please use the features(Bold, Quotes smilies, Ect.) only when needed. Abusing these options falls under spamming 11. Keep it 'G' rated - Any post with sexual content, heavy cursing or swearing will be deleted with punishment 12. Don't bump up dead threads - If you're browsing through the forum's history, please don't bump up dead threads if you have nothing to add to the discussion. Chances are little that people will reply to them. 13. Pointless posting - Don't post things that get a conversation nowhere. IE "I like that move too!" or "I like your avatar/username/banner." This rule falls under spamming. Another example would be posting in a help thread when the question is already answered, 14. Have Fun! - Last but not least, it's what these forums were made for. Members or guests that continually ignore these rules will have their screen names or IP numbers banned.
