re: Kirbycide? |

kirbycide was one of the moves brother liked to use on me, i just had to figure out a way to avoid it with marth. any attack that attacks the top of the kirby is key. and if it's kirby falling down while sucking, just go to the ledge and sidestep and as he gets near the platform and spike him before he can recover.

That Marth was utter crap!!!!
solving this problem was as simple as an overhead dair. dair, l-cancel, juggle, kill. Suicide's are easily avoidable, and that was just a disgrace to my Marth. ------------------- xBox 360 Gamertag = xAguax

Yeah it did look like half the time the marth was actually just trying to make it look like they are avoiding the attack but actually jumping into it on purpose just to prove that it works.

exactly, when simple attacks would've nullified this, in all truth, trying to kirbycide andyone like that is almost the best way to lose.
major lag if you stop breathing enough to die and you get left wide open when breathing, it's best used if you're about to die and the guy is trying to edgehog and as you fall you start sucking and fall down while doing it, if they move you can easily fly back up. ------------------- xBox 360 Gamertag = xAguax

He tried to roll behind Kirby. Obviously he's never been in that situation before.

quite obviously
if someone's gonna do a kirbycide it's gonna have to be face paced to catch the enemy off guard ------------------- xBox 360 Gamertag = xAguax

That sounds like a cheap move to me why? read the next lines to learn about the hunters (for brawlers snake its now on the list of character that can hunt):
there are people that will call Kirbycide, cheaters, and, well stupid, why?, some people might consider that method cheap, since, yeah sure, i fall down with Kirby and ill be taking you with me, those are hunters, hunters are people that uses characters like: Kirby, Luigi, MArio, Mewtwo, Ganandorf, Sheik, link, Falco, etc., the idea of a hunter is that usually keeps himself lacking of any damage and attacks people when they are badly hurt, that why i said that the method was cheap for some people (other example although it doesn't has to do with Super smash bros is with Street fighter, in a 4p battle, any one that uses guile, can turn onto a hunter, when both guys doesn't have too much heal they use the special kick move of Guile, to hit both of them, and voila, cheap win), returning to the point, Kirbtcide, shouldn't be used a lot, but its your call, also, i have heard of a kirbycide variant, the up, down+b Kirby (used again by hunters) consist in: when an opponent has re numbers, the player jumps, and does a down + b move, sending then out of the stage, Kirby needs a few secs to recover, if my memory doesn't fails me. ------------------- ![]() Join GoBad Chaos commanders Join Time Warp Join the Star meteor clan

I am pretty sure that almost all moves work better on brawl, this is kinda a cheap move but it is effective if you are playing lifes and you have one more life as kirby against another player then you could just continue to kill both of you untill you have one life left.

re: Kirbycide? |

dint mean cheap like= Easy to make.
meaned cheap like= easy to kill an oponent (still if it breaks free Kirby can ride to the paltaform) as a tactic that hunters, and those kind of people would use, i havent had any encounters yet with hunters, and such, but i know many people that had encounters with those kind of people. ------------------- ![]() Join GoBad Chaos commanders Join Time Warp Join the Star meteor clan

1. Who the **** are hunters.
2. Since when was kirbycide an effective technique. 3. Why not play better instead of whining about cheap. ------------------- quote Kratos2112
