I think I may be able to offer some clearing up. There is a stage called Akaneia in SSBM, but it was removed. The only reason I say it existed was because of good ol' Debug Mode, which lists it as a stage but freezes if you go to it. So, while there may have been plans for a Fire Emblem stage, I think they were scrapped. So, don't expect any Fire Emblem stages in SSBM that are playable.

There aren't. But some ideas to throw into future games would be the Tower of Valni and Lagdou Ruins.
