Mewtwo is not the worst character in the game.A lot more people are better with Mewtwo than with Fox.If Fox is so good,than everyone would play as him.

While there are a good number of Mewtwo players out there, relatively, that number is quite small next to the giant number of Fox players there are. Initially, tier lists have nothing to do with how popular a character is and they try to avoid being influenced that way, but once a tier list comes about more people gravitate towards the characters at the top of the list and so more people are playing and discovering new strategies with those characters faster than with lower tiered characters. This means the higher-tiered characters get higher from the lower ones and the lower tiered characters, with their smaller player base, have a harder time advancing. Its not how tier lists are supposed to develop in a perfect world, but in the real world its unavoidable. To balance this out there have to be players who take lower tiered characters and force them into the highest level of tournament play(not just advanced play, but the highest tournament level of play) in an attempt to advance their game. These players must also innovate new ways to use whatever low-tier character they choose by experimenting with things in and out of actual battles. They must know the physics of the game inside and out and be able to use this knowledge to create new ways to approach every opponent. I'm proud to be one of these players^_^. EDIT: btw@swampert- I agree that Mewtwo isnt the worst character, but he is quite low nonetheless. | |

I never expected to see Mewtwo on Bottom Tier. But I do think he belongs there.

Zelda is lower than I thought.
Mr. Game & Watch is lower than I thought. Ganondorf is higher than I thought. Luigi is lower than I thought. Pikachu is lower than I thought. And I also lol'd at Mewtwo for being at the very bottom. I think Roy should be higher, and Mario lower, but apart from that, I agree with the current Tier List.
