this was also seriously my first impression as well.

There are tons of tangible reasons though D=

Falco over fox avery time

Falco - I didn't expect him to be as high as Fox.
Peach - I can't see what she has besides annoyingly good recovery...
Captain Falcon - I never thought of him as being that good, he's a bit hard to control
Ice Climbers - There are too many reasons I can't see them this high...
Ganondorf - Way too slow and too bad recovery to deserve a spot in the Middle Tier
Donkey Kong - deserves at least higher than Ganondorf, considering his insane range, power, weight, and horizontal recovery
Roy - perhaps a bit higher, since his special moves and forward smash do so much damage, however, he does have a horrible selection of air attacks.
Pikachu - Deserves a low ranking, all he's good for is spamming down-B and smashes.
Yoshi - Might have thought him a bit higher, but lack of a B-up recovery is definitely not good.

Any I omitted I agree with in ranking.

That's my opinion.

Here's my reasons
Mario- Great character. Shouled at leats be higher up in the middle tier.
Luigi- ^
Ganon- Slow character. He can't catch up to some other charcters that are faster so he can't KO them.
C. Falcon- Bad character he may be the fastest but his moves aren't that good.
Kirby- Great recovery. His moves ae really good.
Doc- A clone of Mario but slower. He's pretty slow so it's harder to hit becasue he's not as fast.

kirby way too low, i thought he had good moves
jiggs way too high, no good B moves (i diddnt even know rest did anything except send you sleep)
ice climbers way too high, i couldnt control them at all and got very confused
captain fabulous too high, falcon punch is just too slow, right!?
peach way too high, who wants to recover all game
marth as low as roy, cos they are exactly the saaame
mewtwo? bottom? thats pichus job, the self damaging ****

Wrong. This is one of the reasons why Kirby is bottom tier.

His moves are actually really good.

B up- With his 5 jumps the move makes an excellent recovery.
B side- Great move. nuff' said
B down- Good finishing move.
B- What would Kirby be without his main attack? Awsome move!

Oh noes! I don't hate Kirby! I actually like Kirby but I'm just saying Kirby's not very good. But I still like him!

yeh pichu is right. kirby is low in tier list because of all his aerials are crappy, with lots of lag (Dair,Fair,Nair) or small hitboxes (uair). his Bair is ok as a ranged move, but you cant rely on one aerial move. he therefore has no real combos, as his ground game is pants too (except crouching).

in terms of B moves, hammer you should forget, one of the stupidest laggiest moves ever on the ground with tiny hitbox so chances are anyone not completely dumb wont get hit and will punish. in the air hammer is very laggy after hitting (weak hits with little knockback) so again youll get punished. same with stone, it has extreme startup and ending lag where you are totally vulnerable, and any human enemy will get out from under you and grab and punish. upB is very hard to hit with all three hitboxes and is so easily punished if used offensively. its a good enough as a verticle recovery, but his air speed is low and he has no quick aerials to counter an offensive offedge edgeguarder, so his recovery whilst good is very predictable.

oh and neutral B is win. ^^^ that info is only untrue if you are playing an idiot.

edit: just to let you know i play kirby as my second character im not antikirby i just know how he works and his many flaws >_>; and thats why hes low tier, mmk?

kirby has decent tilts and aerials

just not decent enough for most high level tournaments
