That's the point of so many people believing the tier list is outdated.. because it is.

Falcos have now, at least in my state, significantly earned themselves a spot in the top 4, closely rivaling Fox and Marth as a top dog. And Peaches are noticeably less successful in tournaments and matchups than the current top 4. Her tier list placement is awkward.

anyway, brawl destroyed tourney tiers, because now each state only has a few top class players that still play, so some once prestigeous characters now have their main players gone and not repping them anymore. :\

btw, cort's peach is meant to be 3rd best in the current scene after M2k and DSW, i believe.
