Maybe they were going to give us a nice surprise. A reward for completing a new quest. Though they probably won't bother now the new versions are coming.

Black weps are completely illegal items that add no stats and suck like a mofo. The hackers on pso are just tryin to livin this game up with those >=/.

the only real falz weapon is the heaven's Punisher, which could only be found online by defeating falz on vhard, but Sega stopped issuing them as weapons.hackers made up the whole story about black weapons.First they took untekked Special Weapons and then they made them into what they are today.
it is just a hoax to try to get you thinking they have the best weapons.
oh and if you get a heaven's Punisher from anyone ask them when they got it. If they say the just got it, don't take it 'cause it is hacked, if they are telling the truth and they got it about 1 year ago, then it MAY be legit, there is still the chance it is not.

I found a Heaven Punisher last year at DF and thats the truth he ended up droppin 2 of them I had a heartattack when I found it.
