All I can say is take the game back and save for a new copy.

The keys on the used version won't work no matter what you do since sega decided to crack down on people abusing the ability to call and have them reset.

Even if someone did tell you their key you still wouldn't be able to go online.

Sorry but there's no real other alternative if you plan to play online.

The game is no good if you did'nt get a serial code and access code in the game case when you brought the game and i don't think sega are resetting the v.2 serial numbers any way now. So the only way is like the man said you'll have to save up and get a new one and check that the numbers are in there
