so I've 100%'d every level except philly because I can't get the cash from the telephone wire thats used to open the skate park. I grinded this telephone wire and the pole fell, opened the park, etc...but now the wire is gone, won't reload, and there's this one stupid bill foating in the middle of the air with nothing around it. tried grabbing it from every single angle imaginable. Please help!!!

Hey andy if your so mad about not being able to get it I'll give you a code that makes you jump really high it's called double moon physics just get right under it and jump so heres the code- C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, Up, C-Down, Down, Right, C-Down, C-down. If you have this game for platstation then this obviously won't work. Oh yeah the screen will shake to confirm correct code entry

Thanks! We have ps/x, 2 and N64. Ironically, this impossible cash is in ps version... however, I could use the jet pack cheat...hmmmm. But doesn't that lock out some of the things you can open if you beat the game by "cheating"? I usually use my cheats in a different career, so I don't want to mess up a perfect career if the cheats will effect it, but if not...double moon/jet pack it is!!!!

Hey It's me again I have another tip. Have you tried grinding the back rail of the that building were the electric line and poles are? If not try to get alot of speed and grind it and ollie right at the end. I've been playing mine to see if I could get it. It does seem impossible! I'll keep you updated when I get it or find an easier way. Have you tried to get all the gaps? I'm stuck on quite alot if you can help let me know. I've never heard that if you do stuff with cheats it cheats you on unlockables. I've beat it before and got the same thing everyone else has. I just accidentally deleted it! Just for curiosity what is your last name. I know a person at school named andy, and he has a N64 and Playstation. Sorry! this is kinda long.

I've got another tip. If you've got 100% in everything else then you must have alot of cash. Have you tried buying stats. like ollie and speed or anything that will help to get it. maybe if you jump of the planter, with enough stats, I'd say you could get it.

Dude I've got all stats cranked. There are no more stats to be had.

Ok this probably comes too late, but here goes:

Beat the game with another character. Get Officer Dick. Beat the game with Officer Dick. That will "legally" get you Moon Physics. With Moon Physics you can easily get the cash by jumping from a grind on the nearby rails.

I'm afraid this is the only way you can "legally" 100% the level.

While on the balcony, I go to the side in the direction of the fountain, turn around and, at full speed, ollie onto the handrail and just before the end, ollie onto the Telephone Co. Gap rail.

Or you could just put in some cheats you can find on gamewinners.
