I have been trying for many hours with many different players to get up on top of the roof to drain the fountain but can not get up there. I have been building up my special and speed and then making the worlds most obvious gap then grinding the rail and boneless up there but it is just not working. Is there something I am doing wrong? Please help.

There should be a long rail that you can grind up. It is behind the fountain. There is like a four set or something with a wall right beside it. You grind along the top of the wall and it leads up a long rail to the top of the balcony. You also get money and the Secret Tape.

I got to the balcony. All u gotta do is enter the 2x moon gravity and jump up there.

holding L, press C-down, C-left, C-right, C-left, Up,
C-down, Down, Right, C-down, C-down.
