WHERE IS THIS?? I HAVE EVERYTHING IN THE GAME XCEPT FOR THIS I CANT FIND IT PLEASE HELP!!

Okay, this was hard for me to find too. What you do is go down the seaside rail. (That's where you ollied the bum the second time) Use the ramp to go over the wall. The Venice Ledge is right there kind of in front and to the right of you. If you flew over the median when you came over the wall, all you have to do is turn right and tailslide the ledge. It is not the tall wall, It's the short one with writing all over it. If you didn't go over the median just turn left and circle around the median. Hope that helps!
