Ok, I've nearly completed Kasumi's exersize (She's one of my favorite characters) and one of her "Holds" says to tap the "A" button (Or whatever button you use to hold) while running.
How do you run? I've tried and tried and I can't get it.

Also, what are the "Appeals" I can't get those. They are like: <>< X+Y+B and I don't get what it's saying.

Then there are the things you do to a KOed foe that are like the "Appeals" but a little different, I think they go something like: ^X+Y+B and I can't get those either

So if someone could help me, I would really appreciate it.

(P.S. I've tried changing the controls, but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference)
