I thought Magus's theme was the coolest. I also was fond of Frog's theme. But I enjoyed all the music in that game, just that those were my favorite 2.

Magus's theme and the theme for his castle have always been my favorites of all the music on Chrono, basically because it reminds me of the nature of Magus himself.
