what is better, ff4 or chrono trigger?? i say chrono trigger by ffar!!!!!!!!!!

You can't compair them, really...its again like compairing apples to oranges. The only common threads they share are: The are made by Squaresoft, and they are Role Playing Games.

Neither have similar battle systems, or item systems, or equipment systems for that matter...

Both are well produced games, Ive played both for hours upon hours on the SNES console...Ive only replayed Chrono on the PSX so far

What's the difference? They're both good. The only thing I care about are that it's an RPG and was made by Square!!!

I think Chrono trigger is the best rpg ever made.Some people rate games for graphics but i say thats BS.Do you agree????

I'm just glad that both were re-released for the PS game console. I found an Electronic Gaming Monthly Magazine with the original walkthrough for Chrono Trigger dated September, 1995. That was 6 years ago. I couldn't have enjoyed these games like I do now. They are both great RPG classics!

I have always been fond of the final fantasy games. Ive played and beat every single one except for 4 (the one im playing now) I havent started Chrono Trigger yet althought I hear its great so after i finish ff4 ill try chrono. but right now im gonna have to say ff4 it has a great storyline

spamming is in the eye of the beholder to one it looks like spamm to others it looks like a perfectly reasonable post

I say Chrono Trigger. I love the story, characters, gameplay, even the creator is cool! (Akira Toriyama, also the creator of DragonBall Z. Just in case you didn't know. ) Chrono Trigger is one of my favorite RPG's of all time.

yes chrono trigger is cool but ffiv has a better storyline but the graphics arent as good as chrono trigger's so if you want to find out which one is better it is all a matter of opinion as is the case with most which one is better threads

I think this particular subject is debatable...but personally, my heart goes to Chrono Trigger.
