damn, i checked the deadline and its on the 15th next month. its been 2 days and ive managed to get 10 percent done. however, for me to get 8 percent, i needed to have the computer on for 10 hours. would i be able to complete it in time? and no, i dont intend to do 10 hours on a daily basis.

ok. also, is there a way to have this automatically start when you start windows? i tried manually adding it to the startup list, but it was going to start a whole new project all over again and asked for my user name and team number as if i never used it before.

try adding -service to the additional client parameters box.right click on the icon,got to configure,advanced tab.shold be on the bottom.

adding -service gives me an invalid parameter error.

no clue then.it works on mine.

my machine ID is 1. does that make any difference?

nope,that is only noting which comp and program it is. my cpu is 1 and my gpu is 2.

well it turns out the deadline was actually the 11th, but i might just make it. its the end of day 3 and ive got 140/500 done.

Well I must say it's nice to have another member Folding. All we need is a few more to raise us up the ranks. We are within 2 weeks of breaking the 900 mark! We have come a long way.

at the current pace it looks like we will get into the top 900 by sunday.
now if we could just get iceguy,paranahjoe,slayer and kspiess back!

i know, but i think i made a mistake of downloading a large task project which might not be finished in time.
