well IMO, while 75 was a high temp, i didnt consider it to be an issue just yet. however, i managed to get a 400 w power supply to replace my 200w (you know, just in case) from an old computer which was never used, and i was amazed that my temps dropped by about 8 degrees. they had the same fans and i regularly clean my computer (more frequently than my room
and it wasnt a heat issue that stopped me. it was the fact that i had to move from my uncles house into my own and i just had a massive delay in which i had no internet, so i had to use my grandmothers...lovely...1.8 ghz 256GB DDR1 RAM XP which blue screened every time i was putting together a price list for someone here by using newegg thank god those days are now over. -------------------

I just noticed that we are sitting in the 800 rank. Now that I finally got my computer to stop randomly turning off, I am going to leave it running all night. So by the time any reads this we will break the 800 mark!
Let's keep on going! -------------------

the only thing i can think of is maybe a site wide anouncement.
if we could get the rest of the people who waas folding going again it would help. -------------------

im not sure about a sitewide announcement, but it could be worth a shot. who would you have to talk to though? and something tells me that red wouldnt allow it, even though hes folded before.

I'll see if I can get F@H running again. Last time I was running it, I was having quiet a few problems. It kept over heating my processor (usually runs at around 30c idle, it was getting up to 65c while running), and slowing my computer down a lot. Then when I would pause it so I could do some heavy processing it would randomly start back up again.
I may try and get it on my laptop. Its running windows 7 beta, so I may update it to the RC before I put F@H on it. ------------------- quote TurMoiL911
