24hr temps. All fans at full except my cpu fan. I thought they were quite good considering there's some dust build up on the gpu and the ambient in my room this afternoon must of been 24c or more.

re: Folding @ Home II

Computer 2 is now running. It'll be an on and off thing for the first week until everything gets installed on it. But for tonight it will be on until I wake up to see how stable the rig is as a whole. Now I can relate to your big scores (PPD). The gts250 will finish 1% in under a minute and it takes my 4850 wich is overclocked to the max 3-4 minutes to finish 1% of the WU. WTF! I'm making like 2300PPD with ati and 6300PPD with nvidia...

I put a Athlon X2 7750BE (2.7GHz) with some G.Skill ddr2-1066 ram and a BFG GTS 250 OC in there. Sadly with some overclocking if need be my little bro will have a faster computer than mine.

I wont have a problem running both close to 24/7 come September when school starts. That's pretty much when I did the majority of my folding last time too. I stopped once I was done my 1st year.
Oh yeah I can play any game and whatnot while folding on ati, it's just that it's not even close to the same PPD output as nvidia no matter what.
As a matter of fact computer 2 should be done it's first WU by now lol.

re: Folding @ Home II

So I wake up this morning and computer 2 decided to go to sleep 30 minutes after I did so it got no folding done at all lol. I forgot to adjust all the power settings on win7 after I installed it. But at least everything is up and running now and it seems to be running alright. Damn nice rig, makes me want to buy a whole new one again.
