i am interested in participating folding. I went to download the client and it was x86, can someone show me where the x64 version is? Also how many points should i expect per day? | |

quote bphicks123 Are you looking for the GPU or the CPU version? The points will be different depending what you do. If your GPU can handle it, you will get a lot more points out of it compared to the CPU. I don't think there is a version for 64bit. But if I'm worng please let me know. Well i have a AMD phenom 9600 2.3ghz
HD 4770 OCed to Core clock: 836 Memory clock:1060 Let me know what you think i should do. Also so i should just use the x86 version? | |

I would use the GPU client console version. The console version is not visually appealing but the work units get done at a slightly faster rate.

and how do i get the ranking graphic for my signature? Also with this version i see no indication that i am even folding besides the processes in the task manager. Is there another version that has some visuals? | |

The first one in the link is for the other more visual client.

does the console client work faster for the CPU version as well? and when its running as a service, how can you tell what its progress is?

okay i have been folding for a while now.
I did turn it off last night when i went to sleep. But when i go to user statitistics it says i have zero points. Does anyone know why i am not getting any points? -------------------
