i use C groove most of the time. it is simple and ... well i dont know. theres too many, but that is a good thing , giving gamers more flexibility.

When I am serious, I use N-GROOVE.
When I am humiliating noobs, I use any Groove.

i use the old reliable C groove.

i use the C groove but when i play with my friends i use EX2 groove which have no super move or anything like that just to kick ther asses

I use the C grove in all fairness and it does the job

The mine is P-GROOVE. That P-Groove is the Parry the parry is good to use after parry you can use counter attacks.

I always use N- Groove unless I am messing around then I use either C-Groove, A- Groove, or K- Groove

The best groove depends on how you play your characters. personally I've been using the N-groove for my lineup of Hoahmaru, Sagat, and who ever else I feel like. I can roll, run, and spam level 1s. But my friend uses the K-groove with Rock, Iori, and Geese, because he can just defend ridiculously and he gets the buff from just activating it. my other friends use C-groove because they only want the roll and air guard. others use A-groove because they know of combos that can do more than just one super combo, ex. Sakura. I haven't seen to much of P&S that much however i do know that S-groove Rock can chain amazingly well. Level 3 Neo Deadly Rave w/o using the last hit, then into a Level 1 Shinning Knuckles, obviously can only be obtained while health is flashing. Anyway, it's all personal preference.
