I can`t get past a door you defeat the spikes when you first enter then go left and I`m stuck

after walking through the door you'll notice a colourfull block that you can push in all directions, rather than pushing it straight into the gray square push it like this: 2 spaces down, 3 spaces right, 1 space up, 1 space left, another space up and then push it left until it enters the gray spuare(yes I have to much spare time.)
