This is confuzzling!

So I recently got my paws on a copy of both Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons. There's no prior data on either of them (I erased it all), so they're both fresh starts.

What would be the most efficient way to eventually end up with 100% items on both games, speaking specifically about passwords and such. I am currently on a quest to attain 100% items on all zelda games. I have no idea what I'm getting myself into, as I've never played these games before.

I don't need an items guide (already got one), but I need to know how to deal with these passwords. Can you help me out?

to get the passwords beat one of the games now after beating it you will be given the 1st of a series of passwords (only 1 password when you beat the game) now start a new game on the other zelda game and you will be starting a game with some modifications, you will start with a sword so impa gives you a free shield, also is then tha the password factor comes in, beat the 1st dugeon and the password people will start to show up, what to do? see which password they ask, and go play your other version (the one that you alredayhave complete) and go were the person is write down the password and go to the game you are currently beating and give to the person the password, example:

you end Ages get the password and start in seasons, when you come with the 1st password person, go to ages talkw ith the rigth person write the person go to season and give it to the person who requested it on seasons, the reward is a gooddie.

game wise? seaons is easier compared to ages, im stuck jsut after the 5th dungeon..., damn goron dance.
