Nope, not even close. I remember reading somewhere that it had only sold about 40,000 copies to date. But it was a limited release. SNK knew it would be a niche title so they didn't produce very many copies. Pretty soon it'll be a hard game to find in stores.

if you use misson select and beat it will u still get the bonus stuff?

Yep. Even if you use mission select, you still get the bonus stuff after you beat mission 5.

not the ezst thing to do i almost had it got up to the door part (you no w/ the zombie clones) but its hard.

Yeah, the zombie part is the last but hardest section of the game. Don't worry about the final boss though, it's really easy.
