Im on the part in misson 3 were the 3 bazzoka people are shooting at you. But i cant hit them and i cant go anywhere. What do i need to do.?

You have to kill them all before you can go up the elevator to the next level. Just jump over them and shoot down while you're in the air. You have to be quick. That's one of the hardest parts of the game.

But you can avoid that part all together if you want. At the second missile wall during the underwater portion of the mission, you'll see a pipe sinking from the surface at the top of the screen. Swim into it to skip the part with the bazooka troops.

Yeah, I've also found that it's much easier taking the Ostrich Slug path than it is slogging your way through the dangerous elevator section.

I haven't beaten the stege 3 boss yet, but I see how it can be done. This game is kicking my butt much harder than Contra: Shattered Soldier did, and about as hard as the later stages of Gradius V.

Just wait until you get to mission 5. Then you'll really get your ass handed to you. It's about as long as all of the other missions combined.

Well, I basically mastered the short route through mission three. Just little changes, like the order in which you blast things, can make life so much easier. Learning when and where I could go to turbo blast the boss with grenades helped, too.

Oh yeah, I took this game to my brother's house not too long ago and finally played on easy. It's, uh.. much easier.
