it is a cup in which you unlock by getting gold on mario gp in special cup, while beating special cup with over 100 coins in total over the 4 races. it is the special cup from the original mario kart, super mario kart from the SNES.

i think he/she just means the cup you get after getting gold on all the others cups or if not means the one were u have to get 100 coins.
