whats the quest that you have to do to make the special weapons offline ? i know you have to talk to dr. montague,
and dont give me that bull crap about how you can only use photon drops online , thats just not true , i have made many weapons with photon drops offline before , i just havent played the game in a really really long time and forget the mission i need to do to make the weapon

He makes items from "animal parts". Not photon drops >.>

in the unsealed door quest yes he makes parts for animal parts but theres another mission you can do to combine a photon drop and two other items (not animal parts)

Why the hell would they even have photon drops offline if you cant freakin use them.. They should have thought about that .. considering their online thing wouldnt last forever... The game starts to suck after.. and now you have to pay to play otherwise u play single player a crappy ass version... WHo the HELL WANTS A STORY LINE!!!!

so that you don't have to be online to farm for it. it really worked wonders for me back when I actually used to play online and I was feeling greedy <_<;

now you can't even pay to play if I recall, they shut down the servers.

The single player is basically the same thing as the online mode except A) your obviously not going to be playing with anybody else and B) you actually get quests to do instead of just doing random run-throughs of Forest, Cave, Mine, and Ruins.

No, PSO+ doesn't come with Gallon's shop. I have it.
He is, in fact, mistaken about using PDs offline. Dr. Montague only changes animal parts.
