3)No Misleading Custom Titlesdon't put things in your custom title pretending to be and admin or moderator it cofuses some people and this is breaking a big rule
4)Please do not break the forum rules under different accounts. In an attempt to cause trouble while hiding your true identity. Please do not attempt to break rules as a guest for the purpose of anonymity. We have means of identifying your real account.
5)All messages from Unwashed Heathens have logged IPs. So if you were banned and you try to go on under a guest name, further actions will be taken. One being the possibility of your ISP being contacted
6)Don't Post About ROMs, Warez and other illigel items.Talking about this sort of stuff is not permitted on neoseeker.
7)No Advertising!An important one for this forum due to the adverts being posted please keep advertising in your signature, Neohome, Custom title and Profile
