for Typhlosion: get rid of Flamethrower n replace it with Sunny Day or replace Fire Blast for Toxic

for Red Gyarados: Good move set

for Pidgeot: good move set

for Golem: get rid of Srength ( its an HM so you have to go to Blackthorn City n go to the Move Deleter's house) and replace it with Rock Slide (TM from R/B/Y) or Rollout and maybe replace Fire Punch for Fire Blast for those grass types

for Alakazam: good move set

for Venusaur: replace razor leaf for solarbeam and get rid of cut ( HM move so go 2 Blackthorn City) and teach it Body Slam (TM from R/B/Y)

In-game your team does okay. In a serious battle they would get stomped flat.

Okay. Here we go:

Kadabra:
Psychic
Ice Punch
Thunder Wave
Recover

This Kadabra can recover it's health. Very important for an pokemon with such as low defence and spc. def. Thunder Wave opens the much so he is Paralyzed.
Ice punch, well what you all forget is that its is very week against fire so a fire attack would be stupid! Instead use Ice punch so you can take out Charizard, Arcanine, Entei, Moltres and Rapidash.
Psychic well you all know that one!

Quagsire:
Surf
Mirror Coat
Rain Dance
Earthquake

Mirror Coat, well Quagsire has low speed so... Surf all firetypes are dead. Rain dance to boost surf and weakens fire-types. Eartquake all water-ground are dead!

Onix:
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Curse
Explosion

Not so much to say.. Standard powerful attacking Onix start out with Curse then use Eartquake against Ground's And Rocn Slide against Flying. Explosion if you have very low HP! Very effective.

Noctowl:
Wing Attack
Hypnosis
Reflect
Rest

Start out with Hypnosis. While the oppenent is asleep use Reflect. Then use Wing Attack. Rest if you need some HP or if status problems.

Meganium:
Rest
Counter
Earthquake
Razor Leaf

Porbably the best moveset in the game. Counter on Flyings. Earthquake on Grounds. Razor leaf against Water. Again rest to health.

Raichu:
Surf
Rain Dance
Thunder
Thunder Wave

Use Thunder Wave at first. Then Rain dance and then Thunder, Thunder gets 99,6% Accuracy if Rain Dance is used. and it is then also a lot more powerful. Surf for Fire types
