As im sure you all would know, you catch lugia WITHOUT Aeroblast:( So i was wondering if there was a move tutor in Crystal, and if you ge ho-oh without sacred fire?

You can't get the Lugia to you catch on Crystal or Gold to have Aeroblast by any means. It's a move specific for the Silver version Lugia in these 3 games, same for Ho-oh to get one with Sacred Fire you need to have Gold Version.

Actually, you can teach Lugia Aeroblast. There are two ways to do it:

1. Through Pokemon Stadium 2. From this guide:

"If you beat the Johto Gym Leader Castle with your own Pokemon (not
registered), Lance will give you the opportunity to give your Pokemon
a chance to relearn a NATURAL (no Egg moves) move that had been forgotten
previously.

This trick can be used to give your Lugia Aeroblast (for the Gold players)
or a Ho-oh Sacred Fire (Silver players)."

2. Through a cheating device.

3. Through a trick involving Pokemon Stadium 2 which allows you to copy a Pokemon's moves to another (works similarly with the DV copying trick but with a twist). I had discovered it randomly in the past, but I don't remember the details now.
