	first you need 4 pokemon they are cyndiquil, a bellsprout nicknamed with a p at the beggining of the name, a pidgey and a caterpie. step 1. Go to violet town 2.make cyndiquil be over level 10 3.talk to the person who tells you about sprout tower. 4. go to sprout tower . 5.find a guy named sage edmond. 6. battle him 7.start with pidgey. then use the bellsprout next use caterpie. 8. finally use cyndiquil and make him use the leer move. When you do leer it should be faster than usual

	no i mean when i chose leer the move just went with more speed than normally and i was against a guy with a bellsprout with only growth and vine whip
