It's not a glitch. It's a feature in the emulator but this isn't allowed.

I'm not talking about emulators I'm talking about the doduo/dodrio game boy towers in Pokemon stadium 1/2 and I'm pretty sure its allowed when its made by Nintendo themselves.

The answer is no. Unless you use Pokemon Stadium there is no legit way to speed up your game.
