What did people think of the Testing Lab? Here's where the stairs lead from the previous floor.^^

You will enter another floor, with Latios and Latias in a sealed ice room. Apparently the Bloodwake Bandits caught them and plan on using them to invade the planet and conquering it, so they will reign supreme.
Here you need to defeat the trainer to open the door as usual. This time, the battle is with a Female BB Grunt. The door will open after you defeat her.
Just to say something, the pokemon you may catch on this level are the same, except you may also find some Rattata(common) and Raticate(Rare).
The next part after the Female BB grunt, will be very annoying and challenging. 7 people are lined against the walls in a formation that makes it impossible to avoid them. You will fight 2 Male Grunts, 2 Female Grunts, 2 Scientists, and one of Johnsons's admins. There are 2 of them, a man and a woman. Their names are Joeseph and Yolanda. They are much tougher than the normal trainers, yet are yet to become as strong as their incredibly powerfull boss. Defeat all the foes so that you reach the stairs and the special red door opens. The icey room will unlock and the metal blocks will disappear, giving you access to the 2 legenadaries. You may enter and have a double pokemon battle against them. This is your only chance to catch them, so remember to save before fighting. After you've caught/defeated Latios and Latias, go upstairs to the next area.

Cool. The only part I don't like about it is battling all of those people. I'd get real mad if I had to do that, but It's worth it for Latias & Latios.

Here is the Snowcap Village Gym.

To get to the Gymleader, Richie, you must beat all trainers. He is up on an unreachable platform, yet every trainer defeated, a stair step will appear. After you defeat every trainer, you may go up the stairs and battle him. The trainers may look like Black Belts, but they use Steel pokemon. The first person uses a Lv.55 Magnemite. The next person uses 2 Scyther, 1 is Lv.50 and the other is Lv.52. Then the next person uses a Skarmory and 3 Magnemites. The Magnemites are all Lv.53 and the Skarmory is Lv.54. The final person uses a Scyther at Lv.54.
The Gymleader uses steel types and is very greatful for being saved from Team Rocket ealier. He uses the following pokemon:

Lv.55 Magnemite
Lv.56 Magneton
Lv.58 Steelix
Lv.58 Skarmory
Lv.62 Scizor

He will give you the Ironarms Badge and the TM Steel Wing.

If it really is your first, real nice job. Except, I don't like the fact that legendarys such as Rayquaza are out in the open, being viewed as if it were a animal zoo.
