why the *bleep* is my camera looking up at the sky when I start the level? I can't see inside where indy is!

Recently started playing Indy again, but got the same problem.
In Shambala the camera doesn't follow Indy, but instead you only see the image with which the chapter started. I can move, but I'm basically blind. | |

I had the same problem. i was able to fix it by simply changing the resolution. i had this bug in every level but babylon.
