I don't know how to activate the handles or switches to get the statue to move. I've been to the lower floor and killed the little ice dudes. Do I have to find the key before anything else?

which statue? the one that runs on a track?

If so you need to go right down to the clock face area and then climb down a ladder. You should see an ice creature drop from the roof. Push the cog into place in the next room and then move into the next area. Go down and kill the ice creatures and push the block/cog into place so that the water starts the clock up. head back up.



I cannot remember where the key was.

I can vaguely remember something about a door opening when its a certain time on the clock, I think you have to trigger the statue above or something to move on the track, not sure.
