Ninja Gaiden Sigma on Master Ninja.

First level = completely uncalled for. I've seen a video of a guy playing the demo on Master Ninja, which is the first level with a large health bar and a load of the fully upgraded weapons. He completely dominates. He's one of the best players I've ever seen and he still manages to lose enough life that would kill him if he had the life bar you're given at the start of the Master Ninja Chapter in the real game. Never mind if he only had a level one crap dragon sword. It's insanity.

Superman 64. Yes I know I have this game, and it *bleep*, but I have managed to get to the end...and fail everytime.

After all these years, I still can't complete Super Mario Sunshine.

erm some game about a fox on the sega megadrive think i was only 5 or 6, and couldn't complete it, forgettin whats the game was called like.

I was wondering if anyone was going to say this. As a kid I couldn't get past five to ten minutes. I got it for VC on my Wii and I managed to get farther, but not much...no tto the second level...haha. Though I will admit I didn't try too hard, so maybe if I really felt like it I could get farther.

And like a few have already said, Sigma's tough. I never played more than the first level on the demo and I thought it was hard then. My husband managed to get to the sixth or seventh level I think and ended up selling it. I remember he was stuck on the second level boss for months.

i hate that game but i still cat beat it.

Glover. That game was hard after the first few levels. I never tried all that hard to actually get all the way through, but still... It got tough.
Also, I had this game for SNES called Vortex. I could barely make it through the training level you have to pass before getting to the first level. After that, I couldn't even kill the first boss.


To all those saying FFIII for DS: I hope you're being sarcastic. No turn-based RPG is actually difficult if you take the time to level properly.
