	They are not going to end up cutting them off, Fining custumers is a lot more implimentable, and a much more realistic deterrent to carry out. -------------------

	This is bleeped up. I use Limewire to find songs that are impossible to find in stores and videos I'm too lazy to figure out how my DVD Ripper works that I need. 	even if the law does pass, there's no way that they'll manage to track everyone down. Too many people use the internet for illegal downloads it would mean many ISPs go out of business, anyway.
