	Neo Awards 2008 Hey everyone, Once again it's time for the annual Neo Awards! As always, the first step will be to nominate the candidates for all the categories. I will update this post with information about the nomination process tomorrow. I want to give you all some time first to post up any questions in advance and any suggestions for extra categories you might have. Rules No nominating or voting for yourself. Only one nomination and vote per member. Cheating with alternate accounts will result in disqualification from the Awards. Do not posts your nominations or votes in this thread, they will be deleted. Nominations and votes must be sent to the Neo Award account. This thread is for questions and suggestions. Any account created after this post are excluded from the Awards. Categories Favorite Male Favorite Female Most Creative Seeker Most Helpful Seeker Most Intelligent Seeker Nicest Seeker Funniest Seeker Most Inspiring Seeker Overall Best Seeker Most Insane Seeker Best Forum Most Memorable Moment Most Surprising Moment Favorite Moderator Favorite Avatar Favorite Banner / Signature Favorite Custom Title Favorite Thread Favorite 2008 Quote Favorite NeoHome Favorite Newcomer Favorite Artist (Art Central & Writer's Lounge) Favorite Digital Artist (Graphics and Animation) Nominating Nominations will be accepted until Friday August 8th 20:00 GMT. I used a time zone converter to hopefully get this right so get your votes in in time in case I got it wrong or you'll miss out. =P After nominating, the nominees will be posted up and the voting will start. Some rules in regards to nominating: Please do not change the form. Keep the title and format intact and simply fill in your nominations without altering anything. You can submit two nominations per category, but you don't have to. If you only wish to nominate one person/thing or nothing at all for a category, that's fine. In this case, just leave the space you're skipping blank. Any accounts, posts, threads etc created/made after the timestamp of this post cannot be nominated. Category specific notes: Link to forums, threads, wikis etc for any category this applies for are appreciated, but not necessary. Just the name will do. For the 'Favorite category' and 'Favorite Banner/Signature' categories, a link to the images is not necessary. The member's name will suffice. For the 'Favorite Custom Title' and 'Favorite 2008 Quote' categories, please provide a quote in the quote markup, including the originator of the quote or custom title. For the 'Favorite Newcomer' category, the member's first account must be created in or after August 2007. For the 'Favorite Oldie' category, the member's account must be created before August 2004. That should cover most of it. Any more questions can be posted here. NOMINATIONS HAVE ENDED Good luck to everyone and enjoy the Neo Awards 2008!
