Its things like these that show whats wrong with law. How is 2 or 3 days a punishment? They would probably just go to all their friends and say 'Oh I'm so cool I've been to JAIL!'

Ok so let me get this straight, a rock hit the car window and smashed right through the windshield. It actually managed to pierce through the safety glass of your cars windshield and still have the velocity to hurt your sister.
I have seen people throw rocks at the windshield of a speeding train and it just bounces off twice as fast, yes it cracks the windshield but it does not go through as it is very tough safety glass. You ever wondered why in certain shows where they have to completely tear apart a car and the windshield just bends, often taking a few hits from a sledge hammer just to penetrate? Yeah that is safety glass and all cars have it. Now lets just pretend the rock did get through and killed your sister or whatever happened, i'm sure she'll die they always do when people are bullshitting. Now lets just get back on this so the rock owned you sister right in the face i presume, in the panic you still managed to get a good enough look at the people that threw the rock, something you failed to mention in you opening post and then you had a good enough look to gauge their age? One why didn't you say this in your first post? Was it an afterthought something you thought of while eating your lunch with your mother? Something tells me you made this whole thing up to get some attention or sympathy but this is Loungin' home to the weird and heartless we don't give a shit.  -------------------  | |

First of all we were going 35 mph dumb dumb and going that fast makes a rock breaks a windshield.They aren't just going to juvenile for 2 days they have to go to court.
