I woke up roughly 10 minutes ago and can still remember my dream. The thing is, this dream was probably just about the weirdest dream I have ever had; I'll tell you how it went.


Well, it all started off when the two agents from X-Files (Which I don't even watch) were the 'leaders' of the FBI (I'm English, btw) and had just accidently released a swarm of killer ants from a government facility. Now, I'm guessing this is where the dream was set, because near enough everybody was American but the actual location was my home town, in England. To be more specific, it was set at my school, but the school wasn't the same. It had been revamped to act as a university dormatory, and all of the classrooms were different people's 'houses'.

Anyway, these killer ants were attacking people in swarms, and I was with a group of people who were trying to basically survive. My dad, my nan, my grandad and a few of my select friends were in my 'party' of people trying to survive, but the strange thing was that Lenny and Carl from The Simpsons were there too =/.

Now, all that I can remember from the dream (Other than those details) is that the Art Department in my school was where the make-shift hospital was, where my best friend and Carl were staying because they'd been bit. This is whee I most frequently saw Lenny. My dad and my nan were in the "Dormatory" (Which was actually my old maths room about 5 years ago), playing a Silent-Hill-esque game, but they were actually finding clues on ths game that were helping me kill these ants.

Shortly after that, the electricity went out and my dad was then in charge of repairing faulty wires (Still in the dorm room, and he's a rubbish electrician).

After that my best mate got bit by one of these ants and died, then the electricity came back, my dad found the missing item on the "Game" we found out how to kill the ants - however just as I was preparing to kill them, my dad woke me up irl, so I never didfind out how it ended.

Now, I know some people say that dreams represent how you're really feeling at that current moment in your life, but I'd give anybody kudos for trying to decifer that. Do we have any dream-experts on Neo?

I can kind of explain some of it... We had a family-meal at a pub yesterday for my 18th b'day in a few days, which would explain why various members of my famly were in the dream. Also, I'm currently in my final year at school and having to choose universities to go visit for next year - which would explain why it was set in my school and in a university dorm. On top of that, my uncle (Who lives in Canada) flew over to see me, which would explain why people seemed to speak with an American accent.

However I cannot explain why my best mate died, ants were attacking us or why the hell Lenny and Carl from the Simpsons were there (Other than that it is my favourite show ever).

My weirdest dream ... probably when i was guarding my brother girlfriend and my cousin, who were locked in my old house. Me and my brother were making rounds and i saw this hole and was like "theyve escaped" then my brother knocked me down and started pinching me. then i woke up and realised i was pinching myself

My dreams aren't very weird, as I don't really dream so much as imagine. I basically mean I'm always in control of the dream; if the axe-wielding maniac is about to kill me, instead of waking up I pull out a rifle and shoot him.

Although there was this one where I was at the beach at the island my family sometimes visits, and there was this giant stingray with a huge long tail there, and it wouldn't go away... Explain that?

Here're my weirdest dreams recently (almost all of my dreams are weird, and have nothing to do with reality):

(Alex from A Clockwork Orange was hiding in a box downstairs, and for some reason, I fell in love with him (which is kind of sick and disturbing...) anyway, he was more normal and less "ultra-violent" like the kind, thoughtfull version or something. anyway, he was in this black box (a kind of chest I guess) in my house, which was not my actual house but a sort of white, brightly lit M.C. Escher affair. I talked to him alot and, hem.. other things, until I had an inkling that my parents were coming, and I made him hide in the box again. After which, I entered the box and escaped with him into an extra-dimension which was a giant, sunny pine forest.

Most disturbing dream: probably the one that ended with someone getting split directly in half by a train with gore everywhere.

Edit... I can also control my dreams somewhat and frequently allow myself to fly or drift along the ground a few feet.

When I remember my dreams they are usually more often than not "weird" but isn't that the same for everyone? random things happen which seem to make sense in the dream but then you wake up and they don't.

My dreams don't get much weirder than me being able to fly by swimming through the air and witches with wheels for feet...

Going into my bedroom and getting a pink snail bite my leg off. I was wearing my 101 dalmations trousers. I was like 2 years old

I'm pretty sure that dreams are just the re-configuraton of information stored within our brains, therefore more often than not, dreams will seem surreal.
I assume that you would have been thinking(maybe sub-consciously) about each individual element of the dream prior to falling asleep.

Anyways, my wierdest dream was when I was when I was about 6 years old(I can't remember anything in the last maybe 10 years. )
I was being chased around a large city's(New York I assume) rooftops by Lurch from the Addams family, then when I finally thought I had reached safety Rhino(from Spiderman) smashed through a wall behind me, while accompanied by Doc. Ock.
This is when I woke in despair.

I have had weird dreams too, and a lot of the stuff that goes on, has no explanation whatsoever. Just like how you said you saw Lenny and Carl for no reason, I get really stupid stuff that has no significance to anything too.

You know, they say when you're a team, your dreams are most active then (they feel more real, and you get them more frequently.

I know that dreams are a way for the mind to solve problems, think things through, but some dreams are just too weird to understand.

Im in a "rainbow" colored land, where a horde of brown tiny dogs attack me, i cant feel anything but then all of a sudden, A ninja turtle comes in front of me and beats the *bleep* out of them!
