Hmm... Apart form the stereotypical "Digi/Pokemon are real", I have got some I still remember:
--I remember I always saw faces on shit, and thus I made up that I gave birth to failed children every time I went to the bathroom. --Condoms were to be used in the head. Later, I found out I was not too far away from reality, though. --I've got visual snow, and staring to the pattern on my school's floor made it go weird. I thought my snow was actually sand, and if I concentrated very much, I could form figures and monsters from it. In my mind, it worked as long as I didn't lose concentration. --I thought sex was just about screaming "shh--ahh--shh--ahh" while on top of a person. --School bullies were the worst thing on earth. God I was wrong... --I really thought I was an android, and I was proven false when I tried to make my point in front of my friends by slashing my finger  .--Because of Java's logo, I thought Java was an actual coffee shop. I always wondered if they sent jets up into the air to make clouds, because I noticed how airplanes left plumes of puffy white stuff in their wake.
