What kind of antibiotics are they? Alcohol can have different affects with different types. Chances are it's at least going to give you a stomach ache and mild nausea.

So instead of having the nice drunk feeling at night and the hangover in the morning, you'll have two hangovers.

He said the pills were for his skin, too. I'm not sure if they're actually antibiotics, or if it's something like accutane or tetracycline. I've taken both of those for acne in the past and you definitely do not want to drink on either of them. On New Years one time I took my tetra without thinking I'd be drinking, and it gave me the shittiest hangover that last a good week. I spent the first two days vomiting nonstop, and I got dark red spots all over my face, like zit-sized hickeys or something. Miserable.

I'd say don't drink, but based on all the "Don't drink" replies he's gotten and he's still asking if it's safe to do it, he's going to drink, anyway.
