I had this exact virus a few months ago so i know exactly how annoying trying to delete it is. Let me guess, it came with the braviax file too? I tried many anti virus programs like you did but in the end there was only 1 that did the trick. Download Malwarebytes, this program was amazing at clearing up the system32 virus. Was really quick compared to the other antivirus stuff i used and it fixed the problem for good, i HIGHLY recommend you use it if you have this virus

there s more than one virus that resides in that folder you know. either way, that program is still good. but Spybot is the best for spyware.

Actually i tried spybot too but it did nothing, didnt recognise that there was a virus in the first place, i wouldnt recommend it. And it is true this thing comes with a number of other viruses, ie the braviax file. I ended up with 2 of each virus file and as it turns out they also download a few hidden things that prevent you from deleting them and then simply regenereate them when you restart your computer
Seriously you should use malwarebytes. Out of the 5 or so programs i used, this was the only one that managed to delete ALL the viruses from my computer (including the ones you cant see) and did so on the first try ------------------- ![]() Thanks to golden sun02 for making this! re: The windows 32 folder |

thats because spybot does not find viruses. it finds spyware. people need to learn the difference before judging it, or any other program for that matter. no offense to you of course.

Yeah don't delete the windows 32 folder. The name of the folder should be explanation enough. Just find a good anti virus program to remove it before it spreads, if it hasn't already. I'd recommend AVG or avast!, both of which are free.

quote GuugleyPro tip don't do what he said. Ya go to My computer, than on mine it says local disk, but (C:) than WINDOWS folder, then system32. I haven't dared touch anything in fear of destroying my computer. I'm not all that great, and wouldn't know what to tell you other than this, but good luck on your getting rid of the thing. -------------------
