This thread involves a lot of 'unnecessary' work at times, because people can't behave themselves for one reason or another. Once this thread hits 30 pages I will be cleaning out all the non-picture posts. Then we'll keep using this thread until it's nothing but pictures (and of course text accompanying it) - over the 30 pages. If you don't understand, then send me a NeoPM.

Commenting on Pictures

Simply put, it's now allowed. As long as you're not commenting in a derogatory way, or flirting with someone. If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing. And if you can't keep your hormones to yourself, then don't post. I don't want to see 50 guys post after a girl posts their picture saying "OMG, you're well hot.. *bleep* me now" - it's just stupid and immature, and if you do abuse this rule, then your posts (and maybe you) will be removed.

Chatting

Maybe people were confused from the last thread, and that's fine, because it was my fault. However, there is a difference between commenting on someones picture (above rule) and chatting back and fourth between people. So to sum this rule up, just make sure you're not turning this thread into a general discussion - if you're chatting, it's very unlikely that you'll receive a NeoPM telling you about your post being deleted. Deleting posts in this thread takes long enough. I'm also contemplating deleting all 'chat' posts at the end of the next thread, so we can just have pictures. But I'll see.

Quoting Pictures

Don't do it. It's pretty simple. There are several other ways to comment than to quote. You can post a link to the post, or you can just put "[img]" or link to the image. All I don't want to see is the image. If you quote a picture, your post will be deleted with a simple generic message. You'll be allowed to repost, but if you constantly do it, expect to be banned.

Actual Pictures

Either post your own picture (or another Neoseekers' picture - with their consent) or don't post any pictures. We don't want to see cartoon pictures, etc. And for anything humorous, we have the funny pictures thread.

The use of other people's pictures

I'll lay this one out pretty simply, do not, under any circumstances, ever use anyone else's pictures without their permission, ANYWHERE, this includes, but is not limited to, your own personal website, other forum's on Neoseeker, and your hard drive. It should be common sense, however I thought it should be laid out in no uncertain terms.
