Ok, this is driving me crazy.
I am playing Resident Evil 4 and I am near the end.
It won't work anymore, it gets stuck on the cinematics and I am really annoyed.
So I thought it was the disc and I got another Resident Evil 4 disc but guess what? It still does the same thing, it gets stuck on the cinematics. The first disc that I used was used before by someone else that finished the game without problems.
So...I thought it was the playstation 2 even if it has only a month of life.
So I took it back to the shop and they gave me a new playstation 2 without any problem.
Guess what? It still get stuck.
So my last chance is that the memory card is broken, what do you think? But why now and not before? I mean...I have been using the same memory card for all of the game and I am near the end of the game.
Any suggestions?

I tried 2 different discs for Resident Evil 4
I tried 2 different playstation2

It gets stuck means it doesn't go any further, yes basically it freezes on EVERY cinematic of the game.
I tried to pass the data to another memory card, but I had the same problem.
Nevermind, I started it all over again.
I am using another playstation2, another Resident Evil 4 disc and another memorycard. If I am going to have the same problem maybe there is a poltergeist in my house.

What do you mean it "gets stuck"? Does it freeze?
I don't really see how a memory card could affect that. What strange situation.

and now that u restarted did it work...maybe i shuld do that since i'm barely on mission 2

Im a little freacked. thats just plain creepy!

i had this problem with a different game all i had to do was shake the PS2 while it was playing. but that only works if the disc is skipping

Maybe something inside the memory card or GC reacted, seems to much like diagnostics, but whatever.
