Hey everyone uh yeah so I am at the beginning of R.E. 4, and after that girl in your walkie talkie gives you the player manual, I go into that town/village and all of those brain-eating flesh- crunching zombies come after me and I keep dying after I try killing them. It is like they are multiplying out of thin air. Someone please tell me how to kill these things and get on with the game! Someone please let me know a.s.a.p.

Have you gone into the second house on the left-hand side? There is a cut scene as soon as you enter that building.

If you mean the house with that guy with an axe, then yes. Is that what you are talking of...?

Cut scene with the chainsaw guy?

1. There are no zombies in Resident Evil 4. Those guys do not eat you.

2. SHOOT THEM.

3. Yes, there's a house you can go into and it'll make a chainsaw guy attack you. You will likely be owned. To avoid the ownage, go upstairs and take the shotgun you find there. Blast him in the face several times.

Basically after that you can either kill everyone in sight or just run away until a bell sounds and everyone suddenly leaves.

Make sure you pick up Dr. Salvador's 10K before the cutscene.

Inside the house in question, you can find a shotgun on the wall upstairs, as well as a handgrenade in the dresser, and some shells on the bed. After you have collected your ammunition, jump out of the window closest to the stairs. You will now be on the rooftops. Turn an immediate right, and follow the roof all the way around. You will find a butthole throwing stuff at you or something. Kill him, and camp out in his place. This gives you a great bottleneck for your foes, and ensures you won't be attacked from behind.
