Nevermind. I found out that if you run to the right of the ledge, you can shoot the tentacle, then the dude on the top, and he never hurts you at all.

Any tips on ..the marine that Leon knows from the past (I didn't want to give away anything..)? I have no problem with him, I just can't beat him in under three minutes. I shoot his leg until he falls then blast him in the face.. we just keep going and going around and around.. then the place blows up, which sucks.

EDIT: Once again, nevermind. It seems the second I ask, I beat it. I tried a different approach this time. I ran up close rather than going far away and shooting his knees, and just knifed him and shot him with my (100% fully upgraded and worth over 100,000) shotgun.. took around four shots and it was over, had 1:45 left to spare.

hey does anyone have a tip for when you face two prisoners. i need one asap

ok,


the 2 prisoners are both blind. so they use their hearing to attack when and where.


shoot at a bell and the blind prisoner will think its a threat and he'll attack it. and he'll get stuck.

shoot his back where the parasite is at and shoot it as much as possible.

as for the 2nd one

just repeat. but when your attacking one, the other will come. so be very cautious.

The 2 Prisoners One is weaker than the other.

1st Prisoner: No Metal Plated Armor
2nd Prisoner: With Plated Armor.

I must say I'm a decent Resident Evil fan only owning RE,RE:Zero before buying RE4 and RE4 seems to be the biggest departure (if you can call it that) from the whole look for clues and keys to unlock some door. Levels are HUGE Christ I can't believe they can fit the game on 2 of those disks. Only thing that annoys me thus far is the small sequences where you have to hit a random combo to duck or dodge or what ever, usually L+R or B+A, gets bad enough you can be killed if you don't do it right. First time playing through and I'm HOOKED on the game, already 13 hours in and still on disk 1, just because I'm so use to going into every room and seeing what's in it.

The bosses are big and nasty and the one in the lake is easy, throw spears at him while he's towing you and go left or right to avoid him hitting you, avoid the logs in the water and when its dead silent throw a spear into his mouth, it takes quite a bit of spears to kill him. The boss in the barn is easy, buy the rocket launcher and shoot him, his legs will fall down but if you're back is to the wall where you started he'll hang from the beam and try to claw you, grab your shotgun shoot him twice and dodge him (I think L+R or B+A), shoot him again twice, dodge, shoot twice, dodge.. Eventually he'll go down and you'll get his prize.

The Gollum creature (El Giante sp?) is kind of hard, you can shoot him in the face, hit A to climb on his back and hit A or B to slice the thing on his back... do it 3x to kill him.

After I'm done playing I might start up a new game and post up videos on how to defeat the bosses in the game.

Forgot to mention that...

Im currently stuck at the boss whom which you fight in the sewers of the castle, i have to wait 4mins for the elevator to rise up and it's been like 10mins and the thing hasn't shown

how am i suppost to kill the douche? freeze him then shoot him?

Seems no one killed Verdugo heres the deal you freeze him then shoot a rocket at him then he is dead. He is the easiest foe Ive seen in here. As for Salazar just shoot his eye then unload on salazar.

You have to go north of the round room. and there is a switch.

Its the power for the elevator.

and rush back to the elvator and activate it. it'll take 4 min though.

and the monster will reveal (looks like a chimera from RE1)

dont shoot him just run around. or use LN2 Canister with the action button and he'll freeze. so just wait for 4 minutes and then go to the elvator..

No actually it is possible to kill him. A few people have already told me that they did.

i have i shoted an Rocket at him in the face with 10 Broken Butterfly Rounds so i am considering him immune.
